The only accepted for of payment for international orders is online by card. After submitting your billing and delivery information on the checkout page, select the „MobilPay” option. The payment is done securely, through one of Romania’s leading payment processing services. Woolver does not have access to your card information, nor do we save your information.

All international orders are tracked and shipped by courier. Once your order has been handed off to a courier, you will be receive the tracking number by email.

TAX & DUTIES for deliveries outside European Union
Woolver is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance, and our customers must pay for these in full. Woolver has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we advise you to contact your local customs office to understand what the thresholds are in your destination country. This will allow you to know what duties may be applicable to receive your package, before you place your order. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, these are circumstances beyond our control.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from arrival date. In order for a return to be valid, the article of clothing must be in the original condition it came in with tags still attached.

All refunds will be fulfilled withing 30 days from the arrival date. The refund will be processed on the same credit card and the amount will be available in your account according to the contract you have with your bank.
We do not allow exchanges on international orders. If you would like to swap an item in your order for a different one, please go through the return procedure and reorder the preferred item.
